This week has been spent more on getting acquainted with the project I was assigned to. I spent most of this week reading existing papers on the project topic and then researching possible new areas wherein computer science makes a noticeable impact. Thus far, I have found a good article on how machine learning can help to improve Public Health Training. I have also found a couple of articles on how CS has benefitted K-12 grade students in their academic pursuits. Both Kathleen and Colleen have been very helpful in answering my questions whenever I ask them. I will continue my exploratory research into next week.
